(as of March 2021)
NOTE: All changes to these policies will be posted here, posted via our social media channels, and emails to current registrants at the time of the change.
Attendance Capacity
NO MORE THAN 40 ATTENDEES
The CDC recommends no more than 50 people at and group activity. Therefore we are capping our attendance at 40. Our activities will be scheduled in the outdoor spaces at camp to provide maximum safety. The Y-Camp has hundreds of acres at our disposal and outdoor areas that accommodate for safe social distancing for outdoor group gatherings at the capacity we have chosen.
Should recommendations or circumstances in our area change we will adjust attendance capacity as needed.
Lodging Options (subject to change with Covid protocol changs)
Three lodging options are available to accommodate attendees personal risk mitigation strategies.
LIMITED/EXCLUSIVE CABINS
If you have a group that you have already established as part of your COVID safety bubbles you may cabin with them exclusively. Our cabins accommodate up to 12 people, but we recommend no more that 6 in each cabin. Those cabins also include private bathroom and shower.
CLOSED DOOR CABINS
There are several cabins that have closed-door bedrooms in which one attendee can sleep. These cabins will have shared bathrooms, showers and common space within the cabins. We recommend masking if you are outside of your bedroom areas.
TENT AND RV CAMPING
For those attendees that would like additional isolation for sleeping we offer a limited number of RV hookup and open tent camping areas. Shared bathroom and shower facilities will be made available with a sign up for using those facilities alone. No discount is available for these options.

MASKS
Masks will be required in all common spaces and when attendees are with each other. We ask that attendees adhere to the six-foot social distancing recommendation when at activities with others.

Food will be served take out style from the camp kitchen. Meals can be eaten outside or in cabin spaces. You are welcome to bring your own food if that would make you more comfortable however we won’t be able to offer a discount on your registration if you choose to do so. Limited refrigeration space is available. Camping stoves are permitted.
SANITIZING
Staff will be regularly sanitize common spaces and activity areas. We will provide cleaning supplies in cabins for attendee use.
TEMPERATURE CHECKS
Temp Checks are available daily.
RISK
We have run these protocols at this camp successfully (meaning no reported or known infections) with multiple small groups over the entirety of the 2020. However, COVID risk is still present and there is no way to get that risk to zero. Please keep this in mind when making your decision to attend a Pollinate event.
